Hello Fellow Liberty Owners/Residents
I am creating this page to share what I have been able to uncover while I investigated the Kitec situation. Much of the the messaging by the board and management has been misleading to say the least. I will be sharing my personal emails and audio recordings of the board which will paint a very different picture than the one sent to us in memos.
Please note that all audio recordings and emails presented here are my own and have not been obtained in any illegal nature. I encourage each and every one of you to share this information with media and news outlets to put pressure on our board to finally do what is right for its residents.
I do believe that replacing the kitec is in our best interest. I am more concerned about the lack of disclosure and the lack of ownership. If we band together we can turn this into a class action lawsuit against our management/board.
I will do my best to present the information in a (as best I can) chronological order. Please follow the posts on the left side of your screen in numerical order.
